Bylaws

The Bylaws were updated and adopted by the Board of Directors in 2014.  They explain how the Board was formed, how it is organized, how the members relate to each other in the conducting of the Board's business, and how it is to operate for the benefit of the property owners within the District.   The Bylaws specify how the public is to be notified as to the meetings such that Arizona Open Meeting Laws are adhered to so that District members can participate in the Board meetings.
